Shipping Policy

Malaysia Shipping with PosLaju

Cha Zhi Ji ships throughout Malaysia using PosLaju. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your region and order value.

Coverage Area

We currently ship to West Malaysia and East Malaysia, including Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya, Sabah, and Sarawak.

Shipping Options & Rates

Standard Shipping

Region: Klang Valley (Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya)

Delivery Time: 1–6 working days

Rate: RM8.00 for orders below RM300; free for orders RM300 and above.

Standard Shipping

Region: West Malaysia excluding Klang Valley

Delivery Time: 1–6 working days

Rate: RM8.00 for orders below RM300; free for orders RM300 and above.

Standard Shipping

Region: East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)

Delivery Time: 3–6 working days

Rate: RM18.00 for orders below RM300; free for orders RM300 and above.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your parcel is dispatched.

Tracking, Delays & Lost Parcels

Once your parcel has been dispatched, it is handed over to PosLaju and enters their delivery network. You may track your parcel using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

If you believe your parcel is severely delayed or lost, please contact us with your order number and tracking number.

  • Malaysia orders: please report any suspected lost parcel within 14 days from the shipping date.

Lost Parcels Within Malaysia

If PosLaju confirms that your parcel has been officially lost within Malaysia, we will resend the same goods at no additional shipping cost. If the original items are no longer available, we may offer a replacement of similar value or store credit for the value of the goods, excluding the original shipping fee.

Situations Not Treated as Lost Parcels

The following situations are not considered lost parcels and are not eligible for replacement or refund:

  • The tracking status shows Delivered, but the parcel cannot be located at the delivery address.
  • The parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  • The recipient was not available to receive the parcel.
  • The recipient refused delivery or refused to pay any applicable charges.
  • The parcel was left at the doorstep, guard house, or collection point based on the delivery arrangement or recipient instruction.
  • A claim is submitted after 14 days from the shipping date.

Shipping Fees & Optional Insurance

All shipping fees are non-refundable, including in cases where a parcel is delayed or officially declared lost, unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing.

For high-value teaware or fragile items, you may contact us before placing your order to discuss optional delivery insurance or special packing where available.
