These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Cha Zhi Ji website (the “Site”) and your purchases from THE FINE CUP ENTERPRISE, a registered business in Malaysia (BRN: 202303303856), located at:

Cha Zhi Ji is a brand owned by Cha Zhi Ji Sdn Bhd and used here under authorization.
By accessing this Site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction to make a purchase or subscribe. You agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.
2. Products & Pricing
- All teas and teaware are described as accurately as possible, though natural variations may occur.
- Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and may change without notice.
- You are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import restrictions.
3. Tea Subscription Service
Our Golden Series Whole-Leaf Pyramid Teabag Subscription (“Subscription”) includes:
- Free Trial: One free month of tea (shipping fees apply). One trial per household or payment method.
- Auto-Renewal: Plans auto-renew at your selected frequency. Your default payment method will be charged.
- Manage or Cancel: Modify, pause, or cancel any time through your account. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before the next renewal.
- Failed Payments: We retry once. If the charge fails again, your subscription and discounts may be suspended.
- No Refunds: Payments are final once the billing cycle begins.
4. Orders & Shipping
- Orders ship within 1–3 business days, excluding Malaysian public holidays.
- Shipping times vary based on region and courier conditions.
- Risk of loss transfers to you once the parcel is handed to the courier, subject to the Lost Parcels & Shipping Liability terms below.
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We cannot replace orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
4A. Lost Parcels & Shipping Liability
Once your parcel is dispatched from our fulfilment location and handed to PosLaju or Lalamove/Grab, it enters the domestic delivery network. While rare, delays or parcel loss may occur. This section explains how such cases will be handled.
(a) Reporting a Delayed or Lost Parcel
If you believe your parcel is severely delayed or lost, please notify us within:
- 14 days from the shipping date.
Include your order number, tracking number, full name, shipping address, and contact details so we may initiate an investigation with the courier.
(b) PosLaju Parcels Lost Within Malaysia
If PosLaju confirms that your parcel has been officially lost within Malaysia, we will:
- Resend the same goods at no additional shipping cost; or
- If unavailable, provide a replacement of similar value or store credit equal to the product value (excluding original shipping fees).
(c) Lalamove / Grab Same-Day Delivery Lost or Damaged Parcels
If the rider confirms that the parcel was lost or damaged beyond use during same-day delivery:
- We will resend the same goods or arrange an equivalent alternative.
- Compensation will follow each platform’s official delivery policy where applicable.
(d) Cases Not Considered "Lost Parcels"
The following situations are not considered lost parcels and are not eligible for resend or refund:
- Tracking shows “Delivered” but the parcel cannot be located.
- Delivery failure caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
- The recipient was unavailable to receive or did not collect the parcel in time.
- The parcel was left at a drop-off point such as guard house, reception, or doorstep per delivery preference.
- Claims made after 14 days from the shipping date.
(e) Shipping Fees & Optional Insurance
All shipping fees are non-refundable, including delays or parcels officially declared lost, unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing.
For fragile or high-value items, you may request optional additional packing or insurance before placing your order.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Tea is non-returnable unless damaged or sent in error.
- Teaware may be returned within 7 days if unused and in original condition.

6. Reviews & Lucky Draw 2025
- Leave a review between 1 Jan – 30 Dec 2025 for any purchased product to enter our Lucky Draw.
- 1 review = 1 entry (one review per product).
- Draw date: 31 Dec 2025 at 10 PM MYT
- Winners will be announced via email, Instagram, and Facebook.

7. Intellectual Property
All site content—logos, images, text, and visuals—is the property of THE FINE CUP ENTERPRISE or Cha Zhi Ji Sdn Bhd. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of our Site or products. Our total liability is limited to the value of the affected purchase, subject to the lost parcel limitations described in Section 4A.
9. Shopify Services & Network Intelligence
Our Site is hosted on Shopify. By using this Site, you acknowledge that Shopify processes certain data necessary to operate the platform, including security, fraud prevention, checkout, analytics, and payment processing.
We may also enable Shopify’s Enhanced Services or Network Intelligence features. This means Shopify may use aggregated or anonymised information from our store together with data from other Shopify merchants to:
- improve platform security and fraud detection;
- enhance product discovery and recommendations;
- provide network-level analytics and insights to merchants; and
- optimise overall Shopify platform performance.
These processes are handled by Shopify directly. We do not gain access to any other merchant’s customer data, and other merchants do not gain access to yours. All such processing is subject to Shopify’s own privacy practices, as described in their customer privacy policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Malaysian courts, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
11. Updates to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of the Site indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
