Rectangular and shallow, made from unglazed purple clay (zisha) with a soft matte finish and rounded corners. Stands on four small feet, with a small artisan seal stamped into the base.
Used as a gongfu tea tray — set your gaiwan, teapot, or cups on top to catch spills and rinse water during brewing.
Note: Handmade, so slight variations in color and shape are normal.
